These terms govern your use of the OpenClaw Install website and services. By booking a session or using our site, you agree to these terms. They're written in plain language because we believe you should actually understand what you're agreeing to.
What We Do
OpenClaw Install provides guided setup sessions for personal AI assistants (OpenClaw / OpenClaw). We walk you through the installation via a live screen-share call. You share your screen, we guide you step by step, and by the end of the session your AI assistant is up and running on your own machine.
We do not have remote access to your computer. You perform all actions yourself while we guide you.
Payment Terms
Our setup sessions are one-time payments processed through Stripe. The price for each package is listed on our website at the time of purchase. There are no hidden fees, subscriptions, or recurring charges.
Payment is collected at the time of booking. Your session is confirmed once payment is processed.
Refund Policy
We confirm scope and prerequisites before paid setup work starts. If we cannot deliver the agreed setup because of something in our control, contact us and we will make it right or refund the setup fee.
To request a refund, email us at hello@openclawinstall.net. Refunds are processed back to your original payment method through Stripe.
Intellectual Property
After your setup session, you own your entire setup. Your AI assistant, your configuration, your data — it's all yours. We don't retain any ownership or access rights to the software running on your machine.
The OpenClaw Install website content, branding, and materials are our intellectual property and may not be reproduced without permission.
Your Responsibilities
- •Provide accurate contact and payment information
- •Show up to your scheduled session on time (or reschedule in advance)
- •Have a computer that meets the basic system requirements for running AI software
- •Keep your own API keys and credentials secure after setup
Limitation of Liability
OpenClaw Install provides a setup guidance service. We are not responsible for:
- •Third-party software, APIs, or services used during or after setup (these have their own terms)
- •Changes to third-party services that affect your AI assistant after setup
- •How you use your AI assistant after setup is complete
- •Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your setup session.
Scheduling & Cancellations
We understand things come up. If you need to reschedule your session, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance and we'll find a new time that works. No-shows without notice may forfeit the session, though we'll always try to work something out.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States.
