What do I need before the session?

A computer, a stable internet connection, and a screen-sharing tool (Zoom or Google Meet). We'll walk you through everything else during the session — no prior AI experience needed.

What if I'm not happy with the setup?

If the session cannot deliver the agreed setup because of something in our control, we will make it right or refund the setup fee. Scope, prerequisites, and any unsupported tools are confirmed before work starts.

Do I need to pay for AI APIs separately?

Yes. Your AI assistant uses API keys from providers like Anthropic (Claude) or OpenAI. Most people spend $5–20/month on API usage depending on how much they use it. We'll help you set up the API keys during the session.

Can I upgrade my package later?

Absolutely. If you start with Quick Start and want to go deeper, you can book a four-hour Full Setup session or scope specific add-on work after you know what you need.

What happens after the session?

You'll have the agreed setup completed as far as the session scope allows, plus post-session notes with your configuration details. Full Setup includes 48 hours of follow-up support.

Is my data private?

Yes. Your AI assistant runs on your own machine — self-hosted means your data never passes through our servers. You own everything.

Do you offer team or business rates?

What's the Concierge package?

Concierge is scoped separately for people who want dedicated hardware, delivery, or on-site help. Hardware is discussed up front and priced transparently before work starts. Learn more on the Concierge page.

Do you mark up the hardware in the Concierge package?

No. Hardware is handled at cost with receipts. Setup, delivery, and training time are quoted separately before you approve the work.
